I'm heading out to the Greater Cincinnati Decorative Artists Retreat held annually and I wanted to share my two hour colored pencil make-it, take-it with you. My goal was to give a lesson on different textures while making it something you would frame. This one is going in my studio because it contains many of my favorite things. I made it a trompe l'oeil to give you a bit of a challenge so you would have to pay attention to the details. It's called "the button" and I hope you like it. GCDA Retreat
