I cannot believe it is February already - where did January go? The one thing I do love about February though is Valentine's Day. I like the celebrate it with a special candlelight dinner for two so I'm already exploring the web looking for interesting menus. I cannot believe it is February already - where did January go? The one thing I do love about February though is Valentine's Day. Easy Valentine's Recipe??
ReplyDeleteFantastic Chocolate Fondue
1 lb pack semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 cups half & half
1 tsp. Vanilla
Put chocolate chips into fondue pot.
Add half & half and stir until warm & creamy.
Add vanilla.
Dip fruit (apples, bananas, pineapple & pound cake into chocolate & enjoy! I promise, this is the perfect Valentine's Day desert!
Oops! I forgot the strawberries! They're the best.
