The word for this week is bird.Its noun meaning: any of a class of warm blooded egg-laying vertebrates having the body feathered and the forelimbs modified to form wings.
The verb meaning: to observe or identify wild birds in their native habitat.
I appreciate the variety of bird species all around us and rendered this beauty in colored pencil as part of a larger design. I have always found the peacock to be an intriguing and lovely bird. The colors are luminous and I think I captured the sparkle quite nicely. Look for the full design in an upcoming Decorative Painter.
