A Touch of Drama

I took a walk with the puppies today into the front garden and I couldn't believe my eyes, there were balloon flowers everywhere. Isn't the color just unbelievable? I couldn't help but show you the various stages with the dramatic sunshine on them - the balloon pocket right before it pops open to expose the large, open bloom - what a treat! The sharp chartreuse greenery next to the deep blue violet flower, what a color combination. I have a lot of photos of these intriguing blossoms but haven't figured out what to do with the composition yet, any suggestions?
